As consumer awareness and demand for sustainable, recyclable packaging have increased, so too has the pace at which brands are evolving to meet these packaging expectations, especially related to their single-use plastics packaging. This has a trickle effect on packaging manufacturers and converters. Faced with developing solutions at the speed and scale required by brands, they must ensure the alternative packages meet recyclability criteria AND contribute to a positive consumer experience.
